What a great product the leatherman micro/photon light gift set was- it really made my groomsmen smile as I gave it to them as a groomsmen gift! I wanted to give them something useful that was small enough to carry around on a daily basis and durable enough to last for years, and this set is definitely that!

I bought 2 sets, one for each of my sons. One of them is working "on the field" several days a week, including at night, so the Led was a nice addition. The Leatherman Micra has a high quality build, is very compact. In my opinion, scissors are one of the most useful tool on a Leatherman. The Photon II is working really well. I miss though a small instruction guide for the Led light, even if it is downloadable. The permament on/off switch was a bit hard to operate and I needed the guide to be sure on how to use it. It would also be nice to have a spare battery included.

This is a good tool. The scissors are big enough to be useful. Not too big to carry on a keychain. Overall solid feel. Definitely recommended.

I found it so usefull that I take all the opportunities to promote it with friends and is allways a sucess, specially the photon light due to it's small size and the quality of the light provided. I used it on a daily basis and it's allways a surprise since is rare the day that I do not use one of the combined tools (Photon light + micro leatherman).

This product has impressed me. I purchased it for a few specific purposes, and found it to be useful for more than what I had planned. It's size and weight make it "pocket-friendly" and it seems to handle a good amount of use. The only thing I would've liked to have seen would be the normal set of pliers instead of the scissors, but that's merely my preference, not a product flaw. The light attachment is bright, durable, and easily operated. With a switch available to choose from a steady light or the ability to squeeze the contacts for as long as one needs, it suits all needs for a strong light source on demand. Overall, I like the product and would recommend it.

I carry the Micra / Photon light everywhere. It is a great tool combo for day to day situations. For example, the screwdriver is small enough to repair eyeglasses. The light comes in handy.

Handy combination of mini-tools and the excellent flashlight. I keep this set hanging off a key rack in the hallway, so it's easily accessible for any minor jobs. The light is a great backup in case of power failures etc.
