Comments: We put this into service the day it arrived last month and we've been pleased with it's speed, good charge, and ability to charge batteries as a set or just one at a time. Two hours for the soft charge has been fine for us, but no doubt a quick 1 hour charge will come in handy at some point. This is our second Maha charger, we also have the MHC204W which is still perfect for charging batteries in pairs for the camera or while on the go, but we needed a bigger system to handle different battery combos. Pleased overall, there are a few tricks with getting your charge settings, but the directions are clear and once I read it once I've had no need to review. We use the Powerex brand battery. |

Comments: I use the charger to charge the batteries I use in my off camera flash. I had used a previous brand charger and it told me I had five bad batteries out of a total of 18. After receiving and using the condition phase of the new charger, all of the 18 batteries are now in top notch shape. Now that is worth the price of admission. The charger seems to work and do everything is is advertised to do. Included were good instructions describing what to look for while using it. I love it. |
