Seems like a solid charger, does what it says out of the box but nothing more. Should probably be priced $15 dollars less than it is.

Even though this charger has been around for almost 10 years, it is still the best out there! I own 2, one for home use and one in my travel bag. The fast charge option is nice to have though I seldom use it. Do not think twice, just get it, you will be glad you did. I have owned mine for 5 years.

My last charger I bought at a retail store worked on a timer, the batteries got really hot when done charging. This charger is smart, charges each battery individualy and knows when to stop charging, no timer.the batteries are cool and charged when ready. Awsome!

This charger's compact,lightweight design and rapid charge feature is just what I wanted for solving my rechargeable battery needs for my bicycle GPS device. I do multi-day touring and require fully charged NiMH AA's at the start of each day of 8-10 hours of cycling. I recharge overnite and am set to go in the morning with 2 fresh ones in the unit and 2 fully charged as spares in my pack. I like the green lights indicating charging is complete.

I purchased two set of batteries and charged them on two different chargers. Those on the MH-C401FS lasted considerably longer

It works! The ability to charge each battery on its own is great, especially with older cells or mis-matched pairs. Now I won't have to number my batteries to keep them together any more. Small enough to take traveling if you have room.

just picked up this item to charge and have back up batteries for my digital camera. It is fast charging and batteries seeem to hold power longer. Being able to recharge on the go with a car charging adapter is a plus too. If it has any bad points I haven't found them. Used a lot of simular chargers, at more expense, that weren't nearly hallf as good as this one.

Good brand. Compact. Comes with 120V and 12V cords. I did find some of my older batteries getting a bit hot, even on slow mode, which is not really supposed to happen. I do like having 2 speeds and 4 independant slots.

Well worth the cost after spending a fortune on other chargers. It is a part of my camera bag, goes everywhere my camera goes. The mobile car charger is a definite plus when traveling. Has never let me down yet. Bought one for my friend and she loves it too.
