Comments: The clip is the perfect accessory for the photon light. I use it on my bicycle basket, remove the light when I go somewhere, and always have a headlight for riding at night that is small and easy to carry. |

Comments: I like to use it on my ball cap when reading charts at night. When it's time to go to sleep. I use the magnet base to stick it in my bunk or locker. |

Comments: I found no use for the lanyard accessory. However the hands free clip is great. It clips securely to hat, shirt, whatever. The ball joint is stiff enough to hold the light where ever you need. The magnets are a nice touch for home use, but I might remove them for camping. |

Comments: The Hands-Free clip is indispensable in a dark, cramped engine compartment. Clip it anywhere. But the necklace is useless. |

Comments: I have used the Photon Freedom's for just about every application you can think of for a light, but my favorite has to be the light "bling" on my bicycle helmet. I have about 6 of the hands-free clips zip-tied to my bicycle helmet. They allow me to direct my red orange and purple set-to-medium-blink Photons in all directions so I can be seen from all sides! It gives me a particular light "signature" that friends and family can detect so they always know it's me when I'm riding my bicycle. As for the necklace, I wear a turquoise covert photon freedom around my neck at all times (except when showering)and I use the clip provided in this package so that I can remove the light to look up close at something. I replaced the thin string with a black beaded chain necklace that came with one of my Coldsteel Knives, as I found I wanted something a little sturdier than the thin string, but it works fine for most people. Of course, the necklace clip isn't NECESSARY as the photon already has a hole in the back for a lanyard, but the clip makes the light sit flatter against the chest (nice for not having it be obvious under a shirt) and the quick disconnect is a LOT easier than removing the whole thing from around your neck. The hands free clips that come with the Photon Freedom's used to have tiny magnets on the bottom as well.. not sure if these do, but they also greatly extend the versatility of the hands free clip! |

Comments: I've been so pleased with this; I've bought a second set as a gift. This does the job of bulkier, much more expensive gear and outperforms much of the competition! |

Comments: The clip is fantastic as it seems strong, and allows the light to be put into any position that is required. I have gone on numerous walks with the dog through the woods at night with my PII mounted to my winter hat, and have little to complain about it. Perhaps a top fastener would be a nice upgrade. The necklace is useless. It holds the light, as would anything else. There are no magnets under it so that it could perhaps be mounted to something, and does not make the Photon light more hands-free than it would be out of a box.I would recommend the clip, but not the necklace. But they come as a package... |
